Could have been if he was but he wasn't really so he isn't e His favorite dishes were grilled chicken livers and boiled sausages

although his last meal was spaghetti with marinara sauce and he ate a mostly vegetarian diet in his last fee months due to health/medical concerns, he was not a vegetarian. He did admire the discipline and "strength of character" it took to be a vegetarian in meat loving Germany. And it's not really flattering to be admired by one of the most notorious mass murderer in history.

Why do people keep asking this old and boring question? Hilter was in fact NOT a vegetarian, he ate animals (pigeon, liver....etc..) He had to cut back his meat consumption for health reasons but that is all. He disrespected all forms of life and would never ever be considered a vegetarian just an evil man. I honestly believe the whole propaganda about his being a vegetarian is just so people can use it for fuel to dislike a peaceful, respectful lifestyle decision that would make the world a better place

For your information Adolph was not a vegetarian in a sense that he did not believe in eating meat or killing animals was immoral , he suffered from severe Gastrointestinal problem and anything but simple soup or eggs or veggies gave him a lot of pain and gas . And he also insisted in putting out a show of solidarity with people of Germany and their deprivation so he had ordered that no fancy dinners were allowed at his dinner table . Once he noticed Rudolph Hess had brought his dinner from home ,what a mistake , he was humiliated by Hitler in front of all those generals and ministers and was treated like sh**t from then on .

Hitler wasn't a vegetarian. He ate a pretty plain diet because he had ibs or something. He was noted to eat squab, sausages and caviar- all of which are animals or animal by-products.

I believe Bob Marley is likely the most famous (and most liked) vegetarian.

((BTW: Hitler was never a vegetarian... under the suggestion of his physicians he did indeed limit his intake of meat products, but was never a vegetarian in any sense of the word.))

First off, he's not famous, he's infamous. And, he wasn't vegetarian. That's a myth. He was recommended by his doctor to try it for his health, but it seems that he didn't stick to it to well.

Anyways, even if he was, I'd still say no. I think Albert Einstein is more well-known or at least just as much well known. I'd say he's the most famous vegetarian.

Most well-known person mistaken for being a vegetarian. 1. He ate meat. and 2. He caused the killing of countless people. Ethical vegetarians do not believe in killing. So that alone rules him out.

I think because of popular culture, maybe someone like Paul McCartney is one of the most famous vegetarians.
