There is an oriental flavor that is vegetarian. It's called Top Ramen I think but not 100% sure.

I'm a vegetarian and I read everything very carefully. They all have some kind of animal broth/bullion, even the Cup O' Noodles Cheddar flavor... which is weird... but yea..

Not all brands. I used to get some that were imported from the Philipines and they were 100% vegetarian. Instead of looking at the major supermarkets, try local ethnic food grocers.

Usually they contain beef powder, chicken fat, or shrimp powder - even the vegetable ones. Read the ingredients and it should be pretty clear.
