I checked the label, it says "gelling agent"
It does not say gelatin though?

It doesn't specify what the "gelling agent" is because they use whatever is cheapest at the time, so thresa good chance that it is gelatin.



I wouldn't be eating this jam.



Buy "Hartly's", they use pectin and are 100% vegan :)

The gelling agent pectin is vegetarian. It comes from fruit.

It's OK, pectin is a polysaccharide from fruits, usually apples.
