You dont need to eat meat for protein.

And you dont need teen recipes! You can eat the same food as I do, Im an adult veggie.

Veggie Chilli

Stir Fry

Veggie Curry

Veggie Shepherds Pie

Veggie Toad in the Hole

Veggie Casserole

Jacket Potatoes, with, beans, cheese, coleslaw

Omelettes, with onions, tomatoes, peppers

Pizzas, with any veggie topping

Just a few things you can have!

You can do a little research online. All you have to do is google how to be a vegetarian. If you don't want to eat meat, then don't. It's that simple.

Being vegan is much harder and requires a lot more information than being vegetarian.

Go to the library and get a book on vegetarianism or download something to your kindle. You really do need to gather a lot of information in order to make an informed decision. Discuss this with your parents first.

it doesn't make you a better person, but it's economical to eat veggies and stuff.

the thing I don't get is vegans... because they push it too far...

you are a human and we were biologically builded to eat meat 2..

I think your thing is okay.. because you can just eat fish and chiken.. etc..

but soya based foods like tofu isn't economical...

but it's not bad to eat red meat. but if you feel you don't want to eat..then I suggest that you eat especially fish instead of it...

you don't want to become a hardcore ´vegetarian..

just make sure that you get your proteins. and stuff that are important to your body..
