Gardein's meat replacements are really superb. If you check out their online store, they have many more options than what you'll find in the supermarket! Everything of theirs that I have tried so far has been tasty, and I'm picky about that stuff! Also, Quorn's chicken substitutes are very good (for vegetarians, not vegans), and easily replace chicken in any recipe.

I'm a 5 year vegetarian & I also live in Canada ;D But anyways... Gardein is actually pretty good. I prefer the schneiders brand because I'm addicted to their chicken nuggets aha. & I also prefer the meatless beef to the chicken. I like the vegetarian steak strips. A few brands have those. But if you have a superstore buy them there. & if not... It would be sold at any Lob Laws owned store I'm pretty sure. & I buy my vegetarian food in any grocery store. It's usually buy the salad in produce. It's with all the tofu. Except a few things that are in the freezer section. & in every grocery store I've been in all the vegetarian food is together in the freezer section. So ask am employee where it is. & just try new things. I did that & I now know what I like & dislike. & it doesn't hurt to try. It can waste like 8$ if you don't like it but it's worth it in the long run. Hope I helped !!!

Morningstar Farms has good options. Soy products have come alongside way via fact the early days. there is universal tofu, of direction, yet now there are distinctive marinated ones. Then there is seitan and tempeh.... (my favorites) the two a type of incorporate good in practically any meat dish there is. there is veggie sandwich meat...... and soy crumbles for sloppy joes or chili etc. i do no longer in all probability look after any of the veggie warm canines i've got tried. A organic ingredients keep might have a greater robust determination of goods and the workers consume it too so they are able to furnish you their opinion and help you % what you could like. good success. sure Bocca Burgers are great...

There's Boca, Quorn, and Tofurky.
Lightlife has lunch meats, ground "meat", sausages, and "meat" balls. I like morning start. Morning Star has breakfast sausage, "chicken" nuggets, and lots of burgers and frozen dinners. All yummy. There in the frozen and refrigerator sections at supermarkets, Wal-mart, Target, and health food stores.
I think I've heard of Gardein, but haven't had it.
