and btw, I heard this in class. something about being due to not getting high quantities of this vitamin, but still that doesn't make any sense...unless I'm wrong about the whole vitamin A stuff I wrote.
Also, why are vegans mostly deficient with only SOME B vitamins and not all, like Vitamin B1,B2 and B12..but not with B3 or B6? Can someone please clarify this for me? Thanks heaps!
