Greek Yogurt has no gelatin in it and it has a very different texture than American yogurt. The full fat version is more like a very rich, creamy pudding and doesn't have the cheesy taste that is so common among regular American yogurt. I've used it for desserts, savoury dips like onion or cucumber dill, and just eaten it plain of with fresh fruit.

Nancy's, if it's available, Continental, and there are a few other ones. If your store has it, try in the natural foods dairy case or area. You may have better luck there. Also, Trader Joe's carries a few. : )
