I've heard that pescetarians can eat some foods that contain gelatin but not all. So im wondering what exceptions there are for pescetarians, if any?

Wrong section. This is the vegetarian & vegan section.
There are some fish gelatins, but you would have to read labels and if it doesn't say, you'll need to contact the company to find out what kind they use. Most are pig and beef.
You *can* eat whatever you want. There aren't any "pescetarian" (lol) police that will come and arrest you for eating pigs.

Pescatarianism is a tricky thing to define. Most people accept the term as no animal products - mammals or birds, but fish are okay to eat. I don't understand personally, but there you go.
Gelatin comes from the bones and hooves of cows, therefore would be unacceptable for pescatarians. A vegetarian substitute would be agar-agar powder, although it has more gelling power than gelatin, so you may have to adjust the recipe a bit.

Those that are labeled Kosher Gelatin are generally made from fish gelatin. All others you just don't know the source. But I've never know a psecetarian to choose that diet due to religious or moral reason -so eat what you feel comfortable with.

FAO Lisa ' the Vegetarian Society defines a vegetarian as " "Someone who lives on a diet of grains, pulses, nuts, seeds, vegetables and fruits with, or without, the use of dairy products and eggs. A vegetarian does not eat any meat, poultry, game, fish, shellfish* or by-products of slaughter."
As you can see from the inclusion of 'slaughter by-products' a vegetarian DOES worry about gelatine and rennet and won't eat anything that includes them. The difference between vegetarians and vegans is that vegans don't eat dairy, eggs or honey, whereas a vegetarian can.

PEscatarians can eat any gelatin products in the world. It's not like they are vegetarian. They eat meat.

All of them.
Pescatarians are vegetarians who eat fish.
Vegetarians don't worry about gelatin. Only Vegans worry about gelatin.
