Is oreo cookies the cause of black poop?

Hello. I've bought some oreo cookies about two days ago. And I've been eating some. And I went and used the restroom and a gross black poop came out and i had some very sharp painful feelings in my belly. And now I've been having jet black diarrhea for two days now. I used to eat oreos a while back and this never happened to me before. Please help me . Is this something serious??

It's not the oreos! You need to get this checked by a doctor immediately! This is serious! I know it may be embarrassing but it's necessary! Please go get this checked out!

It's not the oreos causing this. Some medications (pepto bismol) can cause black stool, but if you are having sharp pains along with the black stool, you need to go to the doctor. When you have bleeding in your digestive tract your stool comes out black, not red. Blood in your stool that is red is usually caused by internal hemorrhoids.

Yes. I had this before. You can reverse it by eating cookies the opposite color, like nilla wafers. Eat 2 cookies with lunch and dinner. As for the diahrrea, i would ask a doctor.

black poop can mean blood in your poop, see a doctor.

It sounds like you could have blood in your stool.
