Question:
How do you pronounce UTC offset times for growing vegetables?

For example, UTC−05:00 and UTC+07:00. Would I say "U T C minus zero five hundred" or "U T C negative zero seven hundred" and "U T C plus zero seven hundred" or "U T C positive zero seven hundred". It seems unnatural. I may have this wrong.

I asked this question here because my question pertains to vegetarianism.

It's one thing to accidentally post in the wrong section, which it appears you've done. It's quite another case to insult people who politely answer your question with an honest response.

Knowing the answer is irrelevant. If we want to answer that type of question, we would visit the appropriate section. This is for vegetarian and vegan questions.

No, your question does not pertain to vegetarianism. In any way.

However, "U T C minus five" and "U T C plus seven" is a fine way to pronounce this.

Please post this question in the appropriate section. It has got nothing to do with vegetarianism.
