Regular exercise (walk and yog-pranayam)and a check on bad food habits is the mantra. Eat breakfast, lunch, evening snacks, and dinner atleast i.e. divide the food taken, so you won't be hungry. Balance the three sections of food i.e. carbs, proteins and fats. Our country's cuisine is too oily. So cut down the ghee-laden parathas or the deep-fried pakodas; just have chapatis and rice. You'll observe that minus the fat, carbs are not harmful; if taken moderately. Fats in Indian food are inavoidable; you'll have them through sabjis. But eat plain dal, the pressure-cooked one. That'll make up for proteins and fats. As for the vitamins and minerals, eat kuchumber made of fresh veggies. Have fresh fruit in desert. Milk'll be fine, but no malai or ghee. An occasional ice-cream should be called a treat. For the between the meals hunger, try dry fruits or roast chane or moogfalli or fruits. Say no to junk food. And last but not the least, drink and drink and drink water.

Exercise everyday. Eat more fruits, veggies. you obviously need to stop with the junk food and food with too much fat. Avoid red meat. Drink plenty of water. The usual stuff, but you should stick to it. Good Luck!

You can easily loose your weight .Be positive about it First.Try to join Baba Ramdev's Shivir,If not possible visit divya yog's(Ramdev)outlet,consult doctor(vaidya)their,do Pranayam and exercise daily,take some medicine if they suggest.you will loose weight with in some days.you can loose 1 kg daily.

u should do swimming. its a good exercise and if u can,t swim try jogging and have control on ur diet,avoid oily and fatty food stuffs and also avoid ovreating.this will surely help.

i think you follow a proper diet plan,Take fruits and salad more.avoid roti,meat and rice.exercise daily.i don't think VLCC or any one can reduce weight naturally.If you are working try to avoid coffee or tea and exercise when u have time.

go for an hrs walk after dinner...go for an hrs jog in the morning...eat only fruits and salads...worked for me!!
