I personally don't think any raw vegetables taste good with peanut butter. I prefer my peanut butter plain. But many people like peanut butter on celery sticks. ∠°)

Peeled cucumber. Oh yes. Despite the answers about celery I cannot agree.

Raw green peas with soy sauce and that peanut butter. May need to defrost frozen peas ( they taste quite alright from frozen unlike most veg).

Yellow peppers. These are absolutely PRIME with peanut butter. Try the crunchy PB, with salt. Not the plain peanut butter type, with not even salt. Needs the salt against that sweet crynchy pepper. Has to be the yellow or orange type.

Asparagus- these with the peanut sauce as described before. Peanut butter, soysauce a tad but of red chili powder, mix, use as dip. This is a classic INdonesian peanut sauce. Sometimes they'll put red chili oil in it too. But the plain PB< soy sauce and red chili- it's really really good. SOme veg need that spicy sweet balance.

Cauliflower is made for that sauce.

I cannot recommend broccoli with it though, The bitterness of that vegetable is hard to overcome IMO.

Celery has always been a favorite with children. They can top the peanut butter with a few raisins or other dried fruit

By far, celery is the best, but if you are interested in a cooked vegetable, and don't knock it til you try it, peanut butter on cooked corn on the cob is AWESOME.

Celery is delicious with PB, and I once ate it with carrots for lack of anything better to eat... not half bad!
