When i crave meat it's okay because one look at it and i get disgusted so i never eat it anyways, but i have been craving tuna a lot. I think it's because i used to love eating tuna salad :/

Would it be really bad if i eat it just once? I'm scared if i eat it "once" I'll go back to eating meat again eventually...

The vegetarian police are not going to come beat down your door if you have a ham sandwich. Seriously, if you want a bite of meat, take it, and then go back to living your vegetarian lifestyle as you see fit. If you think it's too much of a temptation, look for some of the "mock" versions of your cravings, they might overcome the craving for that taste or texture.

Don't worry. It's not going to be "really bad" in a judgmental way. You might feel a little ill, since your body isn't used to processing the animal proteins, but again, nobody's going to pummel you with a stick for dropping off the bandwagon for a bite of tuna.

Good luck! :)

Two years? My guess is that you're running out of the reserves of important nutrients that you body had stored from years of eating a normal diet.

A CBS news poll has shown that 3 out of 4 vegetarians eventually add some meat back into their diet....mostly because they get sick.

No, it' won't be "really bad" if you eat some tuna salad. It's your body; you can put whatever you want in it.

Well it depends why you're a vegetarian, to me it doesn't sound like its a moral reason otherwise you wouldn't be asking this question to begin with. You may be craving meat because you don't have enough protein in your diet, which can be dangerous because its a necessary part of the human diet to maintain a healthy lifestyle. It is possible to eat meat and still be healthy, its about making the right choices. If you're a vegetarian for moral reasons then I don't advise eating it because you're craving it.

there is that this vegatarian meat you will desire to purchase, it is made by utilising a employer called "quorm" and actual it is lots nicer than meat! you will get it in diffrent issues.. like mince for spagetti bolonaise, or sossages, and poultry.. and im notably specific you ought to discover vegetarian writer 1st baron verulam. :D And it is rather stable to your physique aswell. you easily can no longer tell a diffrence, it tastes so extreme-high quality. i know your yearning meat, i know somebody who grew to become right into a vegetarian for some year, had some seriouse cravings so ate sossages, and whilst they ate it they felt so responsible and that they pronounced it did no longer even style that extreme-high quality besides. do no longer chuck all your difficult paintings of staying aay from meat down the drain because of the fact of one stupid yearning. TAKE value! :D x

Tuna is meat. Fish are animals.

Eat it if you'd like. How "bad" it would be depends on whether you're vegetarian for health or other reasons.

Go to doctor and have your Vitamin B checked and get a physical. It could be your body craving something you are missing. You may need to take supplements.

It wouldn't be the worse thing in the world at all, plus it will be good for your body but just think about how guilty you'll feel afterwards.
