Not eating meat wouldn't give you a headache. See your doctor about this, hopefully it's just a food alergy.

I try to avoid recommending a trip to the doctor unless it's necessary, but this seems to be something that you should get checked out by a professional. There are many things that might be causing your headaches, and it's a good idea to make sure that the cause isn't serious.
I don't think a lack of meat would cause headaches, however it is possible that you're deficient in certain vitamins or minerals. The best way to know is a visit to your doc.
Good luck, I hope your headaches end soon!

I used to get headaches when I ate meat, then I stopped and my headaches went away. Your headache could be caused by anything. Simply stating that you are a vegetarian and have headaches isn't going to help. Do you have allergies? Did you recently move to a city with a lot of noise and pollution? Are you exercising? Do you drink enough water? Do you get enough sleep? You need to ask yourself these questions and analyze your life style, then possibly consider visiting a doctor.

No. I have been vegetarian since 1984 and I get a headache maybe three or four times a year. I think that's probably pretty average.
I do notice that I'm more likely to get a headache if I don't eat balanced meals and eat mostly junk food like chips.

It's probably that you're not eating enough calories.
Do a quick calculation of what you eat in an average day. If you're way under 2,000, it's not enough.
I understand if you have personal beliefs and you don't feel comfortable eating meat but vegetarian diets aren't healthy. It's difficult to get all of the nutrition you need from vegetables and pills alone. Your body needs fat and protein to survive. The best place to get these is of course from meat. There are many people that are very sick right here in America because of malnutrition from excessively restrictive diets. If you still feel you can't eat meat at least take a moment to look at what you're eating to make sure you're getting what your body needs. These headaches are trying to tell you something.

There are a lot of things that could cause your headaches, one of them being your vegetarian diet. One of the biggest issues I had when I went vegetarian was getting enough iron in my diet. Make sure you are getting a lot of dark green vegetables like spinach and broccoli. Tofu does give you some iron, but not as much as red meat. A lack of fat could also be a cause. A lot of time when you have a sudden diet change, it will take your body time to adjust. Keep a journal of your iron and fat intake. If they are low, you can even take supplements. If they are at normal levels, then you should go see a doctor.

That's not it at all. I've not eaten meat of any kind for over a year and have not ever gotten a headache. Just drink more water, you'd be amazed how much better you feel with water than soda's with chemicals

Make sure you're getting enough calories to keep you going through the day. Also make sure you're drinking enough water. Divide your weight in half and whatever you get is how many ounces of water you should be drinking a day. And I'm talking WATER, not milk, soda, juice, or coffee. Plain water. People get headaches from being dehydrated, and the only way to fix it is to drink more water!

Maybe a new pillow or mattress? I get horrid headaches when my neck doesn't get enough support at night.
Do you need new glasses or contacts?
Its not normal to have them all the time. see a doctor to rule out any medical conditions.
If your taking lots of pain reliever, I think it can get you onto a cycle of headaches if it goes on long enough. Part of the problem could be rebound.

I've had a headache for a few hours now (not very normal), I think it has something to do with nutrition. Eat some fats, protein, and things with B12, that's what i'm doing!

I seriously doubt that's the reason for your headaches.
First of all, make sure you are drinking enough water, getting enough calories and protein and adequate sleep. Cut back on caffeine intake (if you drink anything that has caffeine).
If your headaches persist, you may want to see a doctor.

I would be shocked if your headaches had anything to do with a vegetarian diet, You should go for a check up and let your doctor know your complete diet to see if there is any correlation.

No, being a vegetarian should not cause daily headaches. You need to go see a doctor.

No, I get headaches sometimes but it's not because I'm vegetarian...
Maybe you are just prone to getting headaches.

The reason your head hurts is because of the pressure of the weather change.

He'll tell you the same thing " Eat MEAT". It's good. It's also good for you! Also drink milk that will help. Also try some chicken, God made animals so we could eat them not whatch them. God eats meat.
